Which test you were in: 16. sept 2010
OS version win xp
CPU intel core i5 2.66 ghz GPU nvidia gtx 275
RAM 4gb
User Experience
Did you have Audio enabled? yes
Did you have brackets turned on? yes (but all effeects off)
Average FPS during the test(s)17
On a scale of 1-10, how would you compare FPS and performance between this test and TQ? (1=way worse, 5=same, 10=OMG this is awesome) general assumtion based on former experience and not just this - 3 but... never been in a massive fleet fight on this machine on TQ, but been in busy systems and even compared to that it was way worse in the beginning... but still a lot better than my last large fleet fight (despite being on a different and slower machine) however in those jumps it felt smoother as we went along... but as I had already turned graphics options to low to minimise impact... I was surprized that following a successful jump btw systems (first time grid didn't load so +i had to relog) my graphichs were severely messed up... and most textures failed to load correctly being replaced by some bad stuff.... I found I could remedy thyis by going into options and select to change textures from low to medium ... and then back after loading to keep up fps last jump before going off to fight made my graphics card drivers fail completely and forced me to basic VGA of 16 colours and 640x480 and out of game... and had to restart my machine completely to restore... following which the first time I launched Sisi it failed to load.. and only the second time I made it in... but this time people were gathering for the fight, but I didn't manage to join any fleet at this point and some dumb carrier pilot decided to kill my ship before fighting was supposed to start and the big bang as well... that big band didn't kill my pod tho... but left me with like 6 hps on hull and nothing else (I logged on today however to find myself in a clone like I had been podded, but no kill history of losing a pod)
Describe your experience, make comments, suggestions, etc. when we were told to spam the jump button.. i went into jump after 8, 7 and 4 attemps in chronological order... after that spamming the button was pointless as I had already gotten the traffic control timer... which was completely off except in the last jump... always said about two and a half minutes... but in first two it was more like 7-9 before I left the system (despite my ship having cloaked to jump) in the first successful jump *I made it took a bit for grid to load, but much less time in the second two.
